Oh mysterious moon in the sky!
No words I do have for the pleasure, you are to my eye!
Grant me my little prayer.
Will you come down to me here?
When morning comes, where do you hide?
Why not come to my side?
All night you move, watching over us,
Guarded by lots of stars.
Oh! thousand nights, I will pass,
Wondering and wondering like this!
Oh hot sun! please do disappear.
Let me see my mysterious moon appear.
Oh moon, what a pleasure to see you there!
Your skies, along with you, will you let me also share?
